Description: |
Tumba, a type of music originally from Africa adapted in the Caribbean way and whose rhythm comes from a "tambu" which is a tambour with a 6/8 beat, is also played during Aruba's Carnival. This event features local bands and singers with original musical compositions and lyrics,competing for the Tumba King or Queen title.
