Reservation Terms

A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance of the payment is due 30 days in advance of arrival along with a $500 refundable security deposit. Payments by cert./personal check or credit card. Security deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure.

Cancellation policy: If 90 days notice is received, deposit will be returned in full. If less than 90 days notice, 80% of deposit will be returned if the unit is subsequently rented for the same or longer time period. If unit is not rented due during the rental period, deposit will be retained.

We accept paypal, mastercard and visa. A 3% processing fee is required.
