This place is excellent. We were actually about 10 feet across the patio to the most wonderful, clean, private beach anyone could desire. The condo is kept in excellent shape and any need we had was immediately addressed. There was nothing about our time there that we would want to re-do --except it ended too soon. Truly easy to get spoiled quickly in such luxury!!!! There were plenty of great restaurants and shopping within 5 miles. (Be sure to try to ice tea with lime.) Cannot wait to return to the villa

Property was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, even providing a pre-programmed GPS which allowed us to find the place and local restaurants and attractions with ease. We especially loved the area which had a great mostly undeveloped beach. The beach was not only not crowded, but we walked for miles and only saw a handful of people. One of the best beaches and areas that we have found. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great accomodations with everything needed to have a great vacation. We have been to Hawaii four times. Our trip to Sandy beech was just as nice and priced right. Enjoyed the surf and the sun was perfect. We would like to make the Sandy Beech sceen again soon. Thanks!

We all had the best time ! The villa is so perfect. Right on the beach... steps to the beautiful ocean. Got to watch my nephew & his friends surf. You couldn't ask for a better spot !!! Already booked for next year. If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful, comfy place, this is it

The place was exactly as described, clean, well maintained and right on the beach. The beach was not only beautiful, but had fewer people than I have ever seen on a beach vacation, The owner got personally involved when we accidentally left the GPS and our keys behind. He made sure we found the place and got in without any problem. He could not have been any more helpful which we really appreciated, The area itself is not a overdeveloped tourist area, so we could take walks on undeveloped beach and roads, but still were walking distance to a few restaurants. A very laid-back area which we loved,I would recommend this property and area to anyone.
